	SITRANS FM 711/A, 711/E


	The flow sensors 711/A and 711/E offer excellent performance capabilities for a wide range of applications. A large selection of linings, electrodes, flange materials and pressure stages enables measurements even under the most extreme conditions – even in the harzadous environment. A particular highlight is the high pressure-resistant and absolutely vacuum-resistant, patented Novolak linings. Available in sizes from DN 15 – DN 2000 (1/2“ to 80“). Can be combined with converters Intermag 2 The magnetic field means they are suitable for flow velocities up to 12 m/s (39.4 ft/s) and for a minimum conductivity of 0.01 μS/cm with a pulsed alternating field or 3 μS/cm with a pulsed constant field. The complete flowmeter consists of a flow sensor and an associated transmitter from the SITRANS F M Intermag series for pulsed constant field or Transmag for pulsed alternating field. These are available as remote and compact versions (SITRANS F M 911/E compact version with Transmag only possible with nominal diameters DN 65 to DN 600 (2½" to 24"). They operate according to Faraday’s law of induction where an electric voltage is induced in a conductor moving through a magnetic field.
